Diddy accused of forcing minors to perform oral sex in new lawsuits

The avalanche of lawsuits against Diddy continues as the embattled music mogul was reportedly sued twice more this week by accusers who say they were minors when Puff allegedly sexually assaulted them.

Two new Diddy lawsuits

On Monday (October 28), two more anonymous accusers filed lawsuits against Diddy, born Sean Combs, in a New York state court. Rolling Stone reports. The first John Doe claims he was only 10 years old at the time of the alleged incident. He claims his parents accompanied him to Manhattan to meet with musicians about his burgeoning music career. A consultant hired by his parents took him to a hotel, where he was left alone with Diddy. It was there that John Doe claims he was given a soda that he believed contained drugs.

“When plaintiff drank the soda and began to feel its effects, Combs told plaintiff to come closer to him, which plaintiff did. “Combs then violently pushed the plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some things that you don’t do sometimes I want to do,'” the lawsuit says. “When the plaintiff pushed the plaintiff down, Combs pulled the plaintiff’s penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss him.’ When the plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and repeatedly pushed it in and out. John Doe claims he lost consciousness and woke up with pain in his anus.

He claims he told his parents about the incident when they noticed something was wrong, but “they were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”

The second lawsuit was filed by a man who claims he was 17 when Diddy sexually assaulted him in 2008. The accuser, who also filed the lawsuit as John Doe, claims he attended a three-day audition for the film Creating a team. According to the lawsuit, on the first day Diddy started groping his accuser and asking if he could handle it “sexual pressure” in the music industry.

The man claims Combs allegedly forced him to perform oral sex on him and sodomized him later that day during a private meeting. On the third day of interrogation, the man claims Diddy and a security guard raped him to test his “willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed in the music industry,” the lawsuit claims.

Over the past 11 months, Diddy has received over two dozen sexual assault lawsuits. He also fights criminal case where he was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

Diddy’s team has previously commented on a number of lawsuits currently being filed by Buzbee Law Firm on behalf 120 accusers.

“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s flood of reports were a clear attempt at publicity,” the statement read. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, legal defense and fairness of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never committed sexual violence – against an adult or a minor, against a man or a woman.”
