One person dead, one injured as unidentified vehicle mows down bicycle in Adilabad-Telangana

Ramya (30) died on the spot and her husband sustained injuries when an unidentified vehicle hit their motorcycle in Gudihathnoor Mandal on Tuesday.

Adilabad: A woman died on the spot and her husband sustained injuries when an unidentified vehicle hit the motorcycle they were traveling in in Gudihathnoor Mandal on Tuesday.

Ramya (30) from Adilabad city sustained serious head injuries and died on the spot when an unidentified vehicle crushed their two-wheeler near Government Junior High School at Gudihathnoor mandal center on the Hyderabad-Nagpur National Highway. Her husband Madhukar suffered minor injuries.

A case of fleeing the scene has been registered and investigation is ongoing.
