Hamptons Murder: Victim found murdered at exclusive Water Mill Shou Sugi Ban House resort. She was identified as a woman from Brooklyn

WATER MILL, Long Island (WABC) — The victim found murdered at an exclusive Hamptons resort has been identified as a 33-year-old Brooklyn woman.

Police announced on Tuesday that the body of Sabina Rosas had been found found in the guest room at the Water Mill on Monday afternoon.

It was discovered by an employee of Shou Sugi Ban House, located at 337 Montauk Highway, at 12:30 p.m.

Although the exact cause of her death has not yet been revealed, authorities say she was the victim of violence.

Her cause of death will be determined by the Suffolk County Medical Examiner’s Office.
