Investigation into alleged misconduct by players on the Air Force men’s soccer team

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY — The U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY men’s soccer team is under investigation for alleged misconduct.

The academy says eight players have been suspended since October 23. The Academy also says these suspensions may be reconsidered as the investigation into the alleged misconduct continues.

An Academy spokesperson released the following statement to News 5 on Tuesday:

“The United States Air Force Academy is aware of reports of alleged misconduct by members of the men’s soccer team and has initiated an investigation. Eight team members have been suspended from the team, effective October 23, 2024. Suspensions may be reviewed as the investigation progresses. We take all allegations seriously and due to the ongoing investigation, the Academy is unable to provide additional information.
