Serial robbers arrested by LAPD; 1 suspect had a GPS ankle monitor during the crime spree

LOS ANGELESThree suspects involved in approx a series of seizures referred to as “Follow Up.”
Los Angeles police arrested the perpetrators of the robberies.

On September 19, there was a robbery in the 23000 block of Mulholland Drive in
Forest Hills. Police say the suspects followed the victim and confronted him in the parking lot. Two suspects knocked the victim to the ground. They then pinned the victim to the ground and forcibly removed his jewelry before escaping in a black BMW sedan.

October 23 another theft took place in Woodland Hills. The victim was followed to a local business when a black BMW sedan approached him. Two people armed with pistols then exited the vehicle. According to the police, the perpetrators took the victim’s jewelry and fled in a BMW.

Police were able to identify the suspects: 28-year-old Chazon Brown of Los Angeles, 32-year-old Isaiah Moore of Fresno and 19-year-old Nhazel Warren of Los Angeles.

All three suspects were arrested the next day and charged with armed robbery. All are being held on $1 million bail.

According to police, Warren was wearing a GPS ankle monitor during the crimes. He was arrested earlier this year in two separate, unrelated felony cases that occurred in July and August.

On October 29, Warren posted bail for the third time and was released.

Investigators believe that these three people are suspects in numerous robberies and responsible for several other robberies.
