Crookston woman injured in crash in Polk County

POLK COUNTY, Minn. (Valley News Live) – A Crookston, Minnesota woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries after a crash in Polk County Tuesday evening.

The Minnesota State Patrol says a Ford Taurus and a Dodge Caravan were traveling eastbound on Highway 2 just after 7:30 p.m. on October 29 when the vehicles collided at the intersection of Highways 2 and 75.

The driver of the caravan, a 34-year-old woman, was injured and taken to a local hospital, while her passenger, a 15-year-old boy, was not injured in the accident.

The driver of the bull and Hallock, 18, of Minnesota, were also uninjured.

Officers say all occupants of both vehicles were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
