One person died in a crash near Strafford, Missouri.

STRAFFORD, Mo. (KY3) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle collision. Strafford Police and the Missouri State Highway Patrol are investigating.

The crash happened just before 5:30 a.m. Wednesday morning on Evergreen Road, which runs along I-44 east of the city. The accident blocked the road for almost two hours.

Strafford police told us the car and pickup truck were traveling in opposite directions at the time of the collision. The car driver died. The driver of the pickup and the passenger of the passenger car are in hospital, their injuries are unknown.
