Murder in the Hamptons: Boy Believed to be Sabina Rosas’ Killer; Police say suspect dies by suicide in Pennsylvania

According to Suffolk County Police, the suspect was found dead at a home in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.

NEW YORK — Suspect in murder of a woman at an exclusive resort in the Hamptons died by suicide, law enforcement sources tell ABC News.

He was identified as 56-year-old Thomas Gannon, according to ABC News. He was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at a home in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, according to Suffolk County police.

Suffolk County police said an employee of the Shou Sugi Ban House found Sabina Rosas, 33, of Brooklyn, New York, dead in a guest room on Monday afternoon.

The luxurious, upscale spa is popular with celebrities and is located in Water Mill, located between Southampton and Bridgehampton.

A law enforcement source told ABC News that Rosas contacted the man who was out alone Monday morning.

Sources say the suspected killer was the victim’s boyfriend.

The victim’s cause of death was not reported.
