Teacher accused of multiple sexual assaults on two students in disturbing lawsuit – Crime

A high school teacher has been accused of having sexual relations with two of her students in an extremely disturbing lawsuit.

Julie Rizzitello, 36, of Brick Township, New Jerseyshe resigned from Wall High School earlier this year after she was accused of engaging in sexual activity with a teenage student.

When the allegations came to light, they were English teacher he was re-indicted after filing a different charge sexual relationship with the second student possibly starting in 2017.

On July 17 this year, she was officially charged with two charges second degree sexual assault, one count of third-degree tampering with a witness and three counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact.

The court’s statement reads: “In Brick Township, Rizzitello allegedly engaged in various sexual acts with the second victim.”

The new charges came after Rizzitello was arrested on July 3 for the first alleged relationship.

Rizzitello and the 18-year-old student allegedly had several sexual encounters between April and June of this year. She is also accused of having sexual intercourse in his car on May 14.

Rizzitello also contacted the victim via social media and they allegedly exchanged “numerous messages” that included sending nude photos to the teenager.

Although she allegedly committed these crimes, on June 30, 2017, she married Joseph Rizzitello. However, reports say that it is unclear whether the two are still married.

According to public pension records, the former teacher had worked in schools since 2013 and taught ninth-grade English and SAT prep at Wall High, earning $62,000 a year.

But this isn’t the only case that has come to light in New Jersey in recent years.

Special education teacher Allison Havemann-Niedrach, who was described as a “passionate worker,” was arrested on June 29 on charges of sexually assaulting one of her students.

The 43-year-old worked at Freehold High School. It is not yet clear how many times she allegedly sexually assaulted her student or how old the victim was.

However, the school only teaches students from grades six to eight.
