Woman tries to attack Bengaluru traffic police – Indiranagar police files FIR after viral video News

A young woman allegedly tried to attack traffic police officials in Bengaluru’s Indiranagar area. The incident, a video of which went viral on social media, took place on Thursday when a woman identified as Sonam got into an argument with a motorcyclist, which triggered a ruckus at a busy intersection near the ESI Hospital junction in Indiranagar.

When the traffic police intervened to calm down the situation, Sonam’s behavior escalated and she turned on a camera worn by one of the officers, further adding to the confusion. According to witnesses, the officers tried to calm her down, but she continued to create scenes and allegedly tried to physically attack them.

The recording shows him trying to step on the foot of one of the police officers. She was also heard saying that she would make sure that all the police officers present on the scene lost their jobs.

Indiranagar police confirmed that they are in the process of filing an FIR against Sonam, who allegedly misbehaved with the officers during the incident. Police sources also indicated that Sonam may have had mental problems in the past, which may have influenced her behavior. The police investigation is ongoing and police are reviewing video footage and collecting additional evidence to understand the full context of the incident.
