An AutoZone employee was killed in a hit-and-run accident last weekend – NBC10 Philadelphia

The sacrifice that was seriously injured in an accident that occurred last weekend in Port Richmond He died, according to a Philadelphia Police Department spokesman.

Kevin Taylor, of Southwest Philadelphia, was driving a Chevrolet pickup truck northbound on Richmond Street on Sunday, Oct. 20, just before 7:30 a.m. when a Dodge Ram ran a red light, police said.

The A Dodge Ram hit Taylor’s Chevrolet truck, causing both vehicles to hit several parked cars which were uninhabited.

Four young men, all wearing dark clothes and ski masks, were captured on camera as they jumped out of a Dodge Ram and into a white SUV that was following them.

NBC10 obtained surveillance footage of a crash in Philadelphia’s Port Richmond neighborhood that left a 40-year-old man in critical condition. Police are currently looking for four teenagers in connection with the accident.

The video shows one of the teens fleeing on foot while at least three other teens get into a white SUV.

One of the parked cars that was hit belonged to neighbor Eric Flemming.

“It sounded like a bomb had exploded. I went downstairs and saw the aftermath,” Flemming said.

The video shows Flemming running outside and shouting the SUV’s license plate number before it leaves the scene.

“FJW-5082,” Flemming repeats in the video.

After the crash, piles of metal and debris spilled nearly half a block down the street.

“Fortunately, there was no one in the parked car,” Flemming said.

According to employees who worked with the victim, he worked at AutoZone at 3337 Aramingo Avenue. They said he worked in the center department, which meant he delivered parts from one store to another, and that’s what he was doing at the time of the accident.
