One person is dead and others were hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash on I-275

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio – A man is dead after a Saturday morning multi-vehicle crash on I-275, Colerain police said.

The crash occurred around 12:20 p.m. on I-275 East near mile marker 40.4.

Police said three vehicles were involved in the collision, which injured multiple people.

Police did not say how many people were injured in the accident, but several people were taken to hospital.

Police said Todd Rutledge Sr. was transported to the University of California Medical Center, where he died of his injuries.

All lanes of the eastbound interstate were closed due to the crash. Police said it reopened around 5 a.m
