A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Perry County

A motorcyclist was killed Friday night in Perry County after being thrown from his bike during a crash, according to a Pennsylvania State Police report.

Police said the crash happened near the intersection of Keystone Way and Pine Grove Road in Center Township around 11 p.m.

The motorcyclist – who was not identified in the police report – was riding a 2015 Harley-Davidson Road Glide north on Keystone Way when he lost control of the vehicle and went off the road, throwing him off his motorcycle.

Police said New Bloomfield EMS took the motorcyclist to the hospital but pronounced him dead before arriving.
