Police identify and search for second suspect in February murder in Northwest DC

According to the Metropolitan Police Department, a man is wanted by police for his alleged involvement in a February murder in Northwest, DC.

Police identified the suspect as 31-year-old Orlando Anderson, who is wanted for second-degree murder.

Anderson is the second suspect police have identified in connection with the Feb. 12 murder of Jeremy Dewayne Johnson.

MPD previously announced the arrest of Kyle Britton in connection with a shooting at 900 Shepherd Street, NW. According to officials, Britton was arrested in California on a warrant charging him with second-degree murder while armed.

The Metropolitan Police Department is currently offering a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone who provides information leading to an arrest and conviction. Anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of a missing person should take no action but call MPD at (202) 727-9099 or text 50411.
