Woman arrested for allegedly obstructing emergency services after shooting of 25-year-old Akron man

AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) – A 25-year-old man is dead following a shooting in Akron on Friday evening.

According to Akron police, officers were called to the 1100 block of Keys Place just before 10:30 p.m. in reference to a shooting.

Police said officers found the victim in a nearby apartment.

Police said the victim died at the scene.

No suspects have been arrested in this case.

Akron police arrested one woman for allegedly interfering with emergency services and medical personnel.
