Swain Co. Deputy Officers they are looking for an assault suspect

SWAIN COUNTY, SC (FOX Carolina) – The Swain County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect in connection with an assault that left the victim with serious injuries on Tuesday.

Deputies say Johnathan David Taylor, 38, is wanted after an assault victim suffered serious injuries. The U.S. Marshals Service is also looking for Taylor on outstanding arrest warrants.

Taylor is 5-foot-10, 200 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes and multiple tattoos on his chest and right neck, deputies said.

According to deputies, Taylor was last seen in Bryson City.
