Ministry of Endowments: Pilgrimages are not allowed without permission

KUwait, Oct 27: The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs announced that it has received a notification from the Saudi Arabian authorities, stressing the need to comply with all regulations regarding the Hajj, particularly the requirement to obtain permission before undertaking the Hajj.

The ministry emphasized that the Saudi authorities had confirmed the fatwa of the Council of Senior Scholars, which states that performing the hajj without permission is not permitted.

To avoid penalties and violations, the Ministry of Endowments urged the public to strictly follow all guidelines and instructions related to the pilgrimage.
