Coronation Street casts mischievous late-night shooters ahead of the plot of a shocking fire

Coronation Street follow spoilers.

Cast Coronation Street will be taking part in a night shoot for the upcoming fire soap storyline.

A position on Salford City Council Facebook the group has shared a warning to residents, advising residents of Salford Quays and Trafford Park of “loud explosions and fire effects” used as part of dramatic filming for the soap.

“Coronation Street will be rebuilding a house fire Coronation Street Film set, Trafford Wharf Road, Trafford Park,” the message reads.

Actors will shoot fire scenes from 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. until November 21, and the explosion will be recreated on November 19.

Meanwhile, some Corrie the actors told how they prepared for shooting late at night, in low temperatures.

Bethany Platt star Lucy Fallon shared Instagram Stories where she posed with her co-stars Julia Goulding and Paddy Bever, who play Shona Platt and Max Turner. The trio could be seen warming up between takes, with Fallon writing in the caption: “Killer night shooting.”

Similarly, Abi Webster star Sally Carman-Duttine posted a photo of warming patches and warmers on a table in her Stories with the caption “night photos.”

It appears that both the Platts and the Websters will be in danger in upcoming scenes, although more details about the fire are being kept under wraps.

Corrie He is no stranger to devastating fires. In 2010, the ITV soap celebrated its 50th anniversary with a week-long storyline dealing with a tram crash and subsequent street fires, and in 2013 the beloved Return of the Rovers which burst into flames.

Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
