Air Force says Russia first used an ICBM against Ukraine when missiles hit Dnieper River

Editor’s note: This article has been updated to include an Air Force report on Russia’s use of an intercontinental ballistic missile. This is a developing story.

Russian forces launched a large-missile attack early on November 21, reportedly picking up Tu-95 bombers and MiG-31K Kinzhal aircraft carriers and attacking the east-central city Dnieper.
