Diddy accused of drug use and sexual assault among men and women in 5 new lawsuits

Sean “Diddy” Combs was booked on five new sexual assault charges while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges.

All five alleged victims filed lawsuits anonymously on Tuesday, November 19, seeking damages and punitive damages from 55-year-old Diddy.

One of the three John Does claimed he was drugged at an afterparty in Miami before Diddy committed “sexual assault and penetration.”

Court documents obtained by “Nas” weekly.claimed that the plaintiff “blacked out” after consuming a drink at a party and later “woke up with severe pain in his rectum and anus.” He alleged that he then saw Diddy “fully erect, trying to insert his penis into (his) anus” and was unable to fight due to the alleged drugs in his system.

The second John Doe claimed he “was lured to New York” to meet with Diddy “about a possible acting role in a music video.” During a meeting about the role, which took place in a hotel suite, the accuser claimed that the casting director gave him Diet Coke that “tasted weird.” The man claimed he later lost consciousness and when he woke up he found himself face down on an ottoman with his pants down.

“He felt extreme pain and when he looked back, he realized that Combs had been anally sodomizing him,” the lawsuit states. “His vision was blurry, but he recognized Combs’ chest tattoo and the large gold chain with a jeweled cross that Combs wore during the interview.” The plaintiff further alleged that Diddy’s bodyguard held him by the arms during the alleged sexual assault.

A third John Doe claimed he was drugged and sexually assaulted while attending a New York party hosted by Diddy “around 2022.” The man claimed he “blacked out” after drinking a drink and woke up in a “dark bedroom” to find Diddy “on top of him, sodomizing him.”

One of two Jane Does who filed a lawsuit on Tuesday claimed she was 17 when Diddy allegedly drugged and raped her at his all-white Fourth of July party in the Hamptons in 2024. The woman claimed that “She started feeling dizzy and disoriented.” after drinking a drink at a party. When she woke up, she found that her underwear was missing and she felt “throbbing pain around her vagina and anus.”

The second Jane Doe claimed that in 2001 she was drugged and forced to perform oral sex on Diddy. She claimed that she began to feel “dizzy, high and disoriented” after drinking a drink given to her by one of the rapper’s associates while in a limo with Diddy and members of his security team. The woman alleged that Diddy “ordered” her and her friend to “take turns performing oral sex” on each of the men in the limo, noting that they complied because they were “intoxicated, scared and locked in among multiple men.”

All five alleged victims are represented by the Buzbee Law Firm, founded by Tony Buzbee. Diddy denied all allegations in a statement provided by his lawyer Erica Wolff.

“The extortion lawsuit against Mr. Buzbbee exposes his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear that lies will be spread about them, just as lies were spread about regarding Mr. Combs,” the statement shared Usreads. “As his legal team has previously stated, Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the fairness of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

Diddy is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being arrested and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation for the purpose of prostitution in September. He pleaded not guilty and denied the charges.

Diddy’s trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025. After being denied bail three times, his legal team proposed a new $50 million bail package earlier this month. In a legal filing filed on Friday, November 15, prosecutors argued that the bail application should be denied, claiming that Diddy tried to obstruct the investigation while in prison. Court documents obtained by CNN accused Diddy of organizing a social media campaign “intended to corrupt the jury” and contacting “witnesses through third parties.”

Diddy’s lawyers responded on Monday, November 18, filing a motion alleging that Diddy’s “Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights” were violated by a recent search of his prison cell.

“Defense attorney recently learned that prosecutors are in possession of confidential materials from the attorney’s client, including the defendant’s own written notes” – Diddy’s lawyer Marek Agnifilo he wrote, calling the search a “targeted seizure” that constituted a “material breach of due process.”

NBC News then reported that “eight calendar pages” were confiscated from Diddy’s cell as part of a “planned operation to deal with contraband and drugs.”

As reported by the website, the deputy US attorney Krystian Sławik from the prosecutor’s office claimed that Diddy had written notes on his calendar about “paying off witnesses and finding dirt on the victims

“The witness was paid, and it is not a privilege to find dirt on two different victims,” Slavic said during Tuesday’s hearing, according to NBC News.

At trial, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that prosecutors must “get rid of copies” of the notes. Meanwhile, the court will “retain the documents” as the defense and prosecution prepare to “submit information on the raid” in the coming weeks.
