One person died and several people were injured in an accident on the Kosciuszko Bridge in New York

NEW YORK (WABC) — At least one person was killed and several injured in an accident on the Kościuszko Bridge on Thursday.

Citizen App video showed several vehicles – including one on its side – in the westbound lanes.

The victims were four adults and a 9-year-old girl. All victims were taken to Elmhurst Hospital.

At least four vehicles collided – a black GMC pickup truck, a black Chevy pickup truck, a green Honda HR-V taxi cab and a gray Kia Sorento.

The 75-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

The taxi passenger is in critical condition. The girl was also traveling in the back seat and her condition is said to be stable.

Few other details were revealed.
