During that stretch, they allowed the fewest rushing yards per game at 10th. They also have the fourth-highest foul rate and have allowed the sixth-most missed tackles.

This last statistic is especially important against Kenneth Walker, whose superpower is the ability to break tackles. The Seahawks offensive line isn’t the type of team to generate a lot of pressure in the running game, as evidenced by their third-lowest adjusted rushing yards before contact.

However, the Seahawks rank second in missed tackles, which is largely due to Kenneth Walker.

So against a Bills team that doesn’t give up many tackles, we’re guessing Walker will be stuck in the ground game when the Seahawks are running, and it’s worth noting that they’re not a hard-working team.

Seahawks fly with the highest frequency in the entire NFLwith a pass rate of 69.2%. Some of this is due to issues in the running game, but the Seahawks were generally a pass-happy team and their QB was Geno Smith.

In neutral game scenarios (scoring within seven points in both cases), the Seahawks still pass at the second-highest rate, with a passer rating of 66.1. The only team ahead of them has a passing percentage of 66.3, so the difference is negligible.

Under for Walker is the name of the game here.

James Cook’s Rush 65+. Yards (+115) Fanatics

On the other side of the field, Bills RB James Cook has a great matchup where he hits us with his quick prop.

First, despite having a superstar QB in Josh Allen, the Bills have generally been a run-friendly team. They move the ball at the 10th highest speed in the league NFLwith the ninth highest neutral rush rate.

This change began at the end of last season and continues this year. As a result, James Cook had a good season.

He ran for at least 65 yards in three of his five games, and two of the games he played in were tough matchups that you wouldn’t want to target him in – against the Ravens and Titans.

Meanwhile, the Seahawks have a terrible offense defense. They allowed the fourth-fewest rushing yards per game (146.1) and fifth-fewest yards per carry.

Looking even deeper, they allowed the fifth-most post-contact yards per attempt and seventh-most adjusted rushing yards before contact. Being top seven in both yards before AND yards after contact is usually not a good sign for a team’s rushing defense.

Overall, seven different RBs this year topped the 65-yard mark against the Seahawks (remember, they only played in seven games). Here are all the RBs who had success against Seattle:

  • Tyrone Tracy Jr: 128 yards on 18 carries, 7.2 YPC
  • Bijan Robinson: 103 yards on 21 carries, 4.9 YPC
  • Isaac Guerendo: 99 yards on 10 carries, 9.9 YPC
  • Antonio Gibson: 96 yards on 11 carries, 8.7 YPC
  • Jahmyr Gibbs: 78 yards on 14 carries, 5.6 YPC
  • Jordan Mason: 73 yards on 9 carries, 8.1 YPC

The list above shows that this year, teams have had two different running backs score 65 yards twice in the same game.

Look for Cook to leave on Sunday.
