Kanye West sued for sexually assaulting and strangling a model while filming a music video

Kanye West aka “Ye” is making headlines once again. The rapper was sued by model Jenn An, who accused the rapper of sexual assault in 2010.

Jenn, who is a former contestant on the show America’s Next Top Modelstated that the incident allegedly occurred on the set of La Roux’s 2010 music video for “In for the Kill”. She and the rapper also sued Universal Music Group for gender-based violence.

In the lawsuit filed in federal court in New York, Jenn claims that Kanye attacked and choked her with both hands while forcing her to perform oral sex.

According to TMZ, Jenn claims that filming for the music video took a “terrible turn” when Kanye singled her out among the women, allegedly saying, “Give me an Asian girl.”

Calling it humiliating and dangerous, Jenn revealed that she was wearing underwear and told Ye that she didn’t have much of it. To this West replied, “That’s why I chose you.”

She also claimed in the lawsuit that rapper Dondy choked her with both hands and then “choked” her face with his hands. He allegedly “stuck several fingers down her throat and gagged her to mimic forced oral sex.”

This horrible act lasted over a minute, and the filming of the music video was more like “gag porn/deepthroat/BDSM fetishes.”

Throughout all this, Ye shouted, “This is art. This is fucking art. I’m like Picasso.” It is worth noting that Ye and Jenn did not appear in the music videos for the song.

This new lawsuit is in addition to several legal cases filed against West. In October, Ye was sued by former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who accused him of drugging her and sexually assaulting her at a party.

Pisciotta worked with Ye as his assistant from 2021 to 2022.
