Oxford woman killed in Friday’s crash in Dallas County – The Selma Times-Journal

An Oxford resident died in a single-vehicle accident that occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Friday, October 25.

Nina N. Mims, 27, was fatally injured when the 2009 Honda Pilot she was driving left the roadway, struck a tree and caught fire. Mims was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash occurred on Alabama 22 near mile marker 36, about 13 miles west of Selma in Dallas County. Nothing more is available as troopers with the Alabama Highway Patrol Division of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) continue to investigate.
