Kanye West Accused of Sexual Assault and Choking of ‘ANTM’ Alum on Music Video Set: Lawsuit

Kanye West is accused of inappropriately touching and forcefully gagging a model while filming a music video in 2010, according to a new lawsuit filed Friday.

Model Jenifer “Jenn” An, a contestant on “America’s Next Top Model,” claims in a complaint obtained by Page Six that the rapper sexually assaulted her on the set of La Roux’s “In for the Kill.”

The filming reportedly took place around September 7, 2010 at the Chelsea Hotel in New York.

West, who starred in a remixed version of the British pop duo’s song, arrived on set with then-girlfriend Selita Ebanks and allegedly “took control of the production and production team,” despite the presence of director Kinga Burza, according to the complaint.

An claims the “Power” rapper told models, including herself, to line up in the hallway and say, “Give me that Asian girl,” which made her feel “uncomfortable,” but she “reluctantly agreed.”

The model, who was only wearing underwear at the time, then told the “Runaway” rapper that she “wasn’t wearing much,” and he allegedly replied, “That’s why I chose you.”

They then retired to the long couch at the back of the suite, with the camera facing her, as the suit dictated.

In her complaint, An alleges that on camera, West “began to choke” her with one hand, then “wrapped his other hand around her neck and continued to choke her with both hands.”

She also claims the Yeezy founder “strangled” her face with “both hands” by smearing her makeup.

“He then placed several fingers down her throat, continuously thrusting them in and out, and gagged her… to simulate forced oral sex,” the complaint further states.

An claims West shouted during the alleged crime: “This is art. This is fucking art. I’m like Picasso.”

The model recalls that the “Stronger” rapper’s actions were supposed to resemble those of “BDSM fetishes.”

As she allegedly tried to move her tongue away from West’s “swirling hand,” the suit claims, “she began to panic and looked around the set, hoping to see anyone who might intervene.”

She claims she then found it “hard to breathe” and felt as if she had “temporarily lost consciousness.”

West’s representative could not immediately be reached for comment.

An claims she made eye contact with Ebanks, 41, after leaving the set, but the former Victoria’s Secret model “suddenly turned her head.”

Page Six reached out to a representative for Ebanks for comment but did not immediately hear back.

An is also taking legal action against Universal Music Group, the music publishing company that supported West at the time, claiming it “failed to investigate” the incident or “otherwise fail to take remedial action.”

It maintains that the “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” rapper was “too profitable” for the company to intervene “despite his illegal conduct.”

An is seeking an unspecified amount in damages and, according to the complaint, believes West violated New York state federal law for second-degree strangulation, criminal sexual conduct and assault.

She claims she has dealt with trauma over the years, including feelings of “extreme humiliation, degradedness, victimhood, embarrassment and emotional distress” over the years as a result of what allegedly happened.

An states that she has also “suffered and will continue to suffer monetary damages, physical injuries, emotional pain, suffering, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment of life” and severe “physical distress.”

Her reporting comes as West, 47, is also under investigation sued for alleged sexual assault and drug use his former assistant Lauren Piscotta.

In an amended complaint filed in October, the OnlyFans model alleged that her former boss “dated” her without her consent during a studio session he co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

West’s lawyers had previously described Pisciotta’s allegations as “baseless” in June, alleging Page Six that the model pursued her client “sexually to extort employment and other material benefits.”
