The lawsuit alleges that the musician put his fingers in the plaintiff’s mouth at the Chelsea Hotel in New York in 2010, which is described as “gag porn,” according to Sky News’ US affiliate network, NBC News.

The model who brought the case — which was filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York — was a supporting actress in a music video by another musician who Man NBC said, citing the lawsuit.

He is demanding compensatory and punitive damages from the 47-year-old.

On Saturday, NBC News reached out to Rep. Ye and the New York City Police Department for comment.

The lawsuit alleges that a few hours after filming began, the rapper arrived on set, took over and ordered “supporting actresses/models, including plaintiff, to line up in the hallway.”

The rapper is then believed to have “assessed their appearance, pointed out the two women, and then ordered them to follow him.”

The lawsuit adds that the plaintiff, who was wearing “revealing underwear,” felt uncomfortable but went with Ye to the suite where the sofa and camera were located.

While in the room, Ye is said to have ordered the production team to start playing music to which he did not know the lyrics, and instead mumbled, “rawr, raw, rawr.”

The lawsuit states: “Defendant West then pulled two chairs near the camera, placed them facing each other, and instructed plaintiff to sit in the chair in front of the camera.”

According to NBC, while standing over the model, Ye’s lawsuit clam choked her with both hands.

He claims he then “imitated forced oral sex” with his hands, with the rapper allegedly shouting, “This is art. This is fucking art. I’m like Picasso.”

Universal Music Group was also named as a defendant in the lawsuit and was accused of failing to investigate the incident.

The corporation did not immediately respond to NBC’s request for comment.

Jesse S. Weinstein, a lawyer representing the plaintiff, said the woman “showed great courage in speaking out against some of the most powerful men and entities in the entertainment industry.”
