Woman injured after being hit by a car on the Green Island Bridge

A woman is injured after being hit by a car on a bridge in Green Island.

Green Island police received a call just before 5:15 p.m. Saturday.

The victim was taken to Albany Medical Center.

Police say her condition is stable.

Police also told us that the driver remained at the scene and there were no signs of drugs or alcohol being present.
