Milwaukee man charged with multiple counts of sexual assault on a child

MILWAUKEE – A Milwaukee man made his first court appearance on Sunday on charges of repeatedly sexually assaulting a child.

Antonio Randolph, 37, was charged with multiple counts of sexual assault on the same child (3 or more counts of first-degree sexual assault) and multiple counts of sexual assault on the same child.

Milwaukee County Circuit Court Commissioner Barry Phillips said the child in question is 13 years old.

“After 32 years, you think you’d have seen it all by talking about yourself, and then something happens that lets you know you’ll never see it all,” Phillips said.

He read portions of the complaint, which alleges that Randolph and his friend encountered a 13-year-old girl who had run away from home.

Prosecutors say he took her home and tried to have sex with her. He then took her to his grandmother’s house, locked her in the basement and, according to the court commissioner, tried to have sexual intercourse again.

Prosecutors then said Randolph left the girl with a friend who also tried to do the same.

Phillips read that Randolph and the girl were allegedly seen on the street by a person who knew the girl’s family. This person notified them and the family came and beat Randolph.

“And it’s streaming on Facebook. “The person you allegedly had sex with as a child watches the video and says, ‘This is the man who raped me when I was a child,'” Phillips testified in court.

TMJ4 has asked the Milwaukee County District Attorney to present the full criminal complaint.

Randolph is being held on $50,000 bail. His next hearing will be a preliminary hearing on December 3 at 1:30 p.m
