Woman allegedly picking flowers illegally at Whampoa Park Connector

The woman was spotted allegedly picking flowers illegally at the Whampoa Park Connector on November 24 at 12:08 p.m.

Patter Kim shared a video of a person wearing a red top apparently rummaging through bushes along the bank of the Whampoa River near Kim Keat Road. The person also had a plastic bag with him.

“The lady was picking blue pea flowers all over the place,” Stomper said.
