1 person seriously injured in stabbing in Vancouver

One person was taken to hospital with serious injuries following a stabbing that happened in East Vancouver on Sunday.

Police are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred at 200 Keefer Street, near Main Street, the Vancouver Police Department said on social media platform X just before 1 p.m.

“The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries,” the document reads.

Police said no arrest has been made and the motive is still unknown.

“Officers are collecting evidence and more information will be released as it becomes available,” the post read.
