PU Youth and Heritage Festival in Area 6 enters its second day

Ludhiana: Debates, speeches, quizzes and drama events took center stage as the second day of Zonal Youth and Heritage Festival (Zone 6) began at GHG Khalsa College of Education, Gurusar Sadhar. The topics of the debates and speeches were “Physical education is a compulsory part of the school curriculum” and “Activism on social media”, respectively.
Rohit Sharma, Director (Youth Welfare), Panjab UniversityChandigarh and Varinder Singh Khosa, DSP Dakha, were the chief guests of the first and second sessions respectively on the second day of the conference youth festival.
Sharma congratulated Principal Pargat Singh Garcha and the teaching staff for successfully organizing the event. He said that such youth-oriented programs positively inspire and awaken young minds.
Khosa, while interacting with the audience on the occasion, emphasized the importance of organizing such events that shaped the journey of young minds. He further said that the youth festival is not just a competition but a platform through which young people can express themselves, connect with others and build a stronger foundation for their future.
