Former President Donald Trump on Sunday night, he took the stage at his historic rally at Madison Square Garden, where thousands of supporters from the deep blue Northeastern state cheered wildly as the 45th president complained about the Biden-Harris administration’s policies and vowed to “make America great again.”

Trump took the stage at Madison Square Garden just after 7 p.m. to a packed stadium, where his speech focused on rising immigration, inflation concerns and looking to a future of lower consumer costs and a secure border. The rally was first-come, first-served, and tickets sold out within hours of its announcement earlier this month. Madison Square Garden has a capacity of 19,500 people.

“I hereby call for the death penalty for any migrant who kills an American citizen or law enforcement officer,” Trump told the crowd, speaking about illegal immigration crisis from 2021.

“I will save every city and town that has been invaded and conquered, and we will put these cruel and bloodthirsty criminals in prison and kick them out of our country as quickly as possible. And to expedite the removal of Tren de Aragua and other savage gangs like MS-13, which is equally cruel, I invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.” – he said.

Trump said Harris was behind the “most egregious betrayal” of any American leader resulting from immigration policies under the Biden-Harris administration.

“Over the past four years, Kamala Harris has orchestrated the most egregious betrayal that any leader in American history has ever committed against our nation. She has broken her oath, uprooted our sovereign border and unleashed an army of immigrant gangs who are waging a campaign of violence and terror against our citizens,” he said.

The 45th president said that if re-elected, he would immediately ban the creation of sanctuary cities across the country.

According to Donald Trump Jr. the massive rally, which nearly 200,000 people tried to gain access to, featured several high-profile speakers ahead of Trump’s speech, including a speech by former first lady Melania Trump.

“Imagine a wonderful America where the seeds of security, prosperity and health lie, once again for the benefit of our families,” Melania Trump said before introducing her husband. “Let us start together with a shared vision that is grounded in the greatness of America. Let’s seize this moment and create a country for tomorrow, the future we deserve. And now.”

Other notable speakers at Trump’s rally included Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, pro wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, tech billionaire Elon Musk, former presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump’s running mate, Senator J.D. Vance and television personality Dr. Phil McGraw.

Trump’s speech focused on, among other things, economy and the inflation spiral and “restoring the American dream,” including a crowd pledge to cut energy costs in half by January 2026 if elected.

“I will end the ‘new ecological fraud.’ And we will cut energy prices by half, by 50%, within a year from January 20. Is this fake news they hear?” he said, before directing the audience to the “fake news media” present at the rally.

Trump touted it if will win the election next weekit will reduce costs for consumers and eliminate taxes on tips, overtime and Social Security benefits.

“We will beat inflation quickly and simply make America affordable. We will make it accessible. I will massively cut taxes on workers and small businesses and we will have no tip tax. No tax on overtime AND no tax on Social Security benefits for our seniors,” he said.

Trump added that under his leadership, the Republican Party has become the “party of inclusion.”

“Jews, Muslims, Catholics, Evangelicals and Mormons, and they are all joining our cause in large numbers, larger than anyone has ever seen in this country, larger than has ever been seen in any country,” he said.

“And we are a big, powerful party and they are losing it. They’re really missing it. Together we will lift America to glory beyond your wildest dreams. This too will happen quickly.”

Kennedy, who ran for president as a Democrat before endorsing Trump in August, criticized the Democratic Party for transforming into a party he no longer recognizes.

“The Democratic Party is the party of war. It’s the CIA party. You Kamala Harris delivered her speech at the Democratic convention written by neoconservatives. It was belligerent, feisty. He talked about the United States dominating the world with our weapons of war. It is today’s party that wants to divide Americans. This is a party that eliminates women’s sports, allowing men to play women’s sports,” he said.

Musk wore an all-black MAGA hat during the rally, which he called “dark gothic MAGA” and vowed to cut government spending if Trump secured the election and appointed Musk to the administration as “cost-cutting secretary.”

Trump had been teasing the possibility of holding a rally at Madison Square Garden for months and officially announced the event in early October.

“It will be an iconic, historic day and you can see it is already full. I mean, he’s amazing. Tickets sold out in less than three hours. “It shows the enthusiasm, the momentum and the energy we have in this final chapter of an incredible campaign,” New York Rep. Elise Stefanik told Fox News Digital ahead of the rally, saying New York is playing a key role in Trump’s campaign.

Fox Digital spoke to participants outside the arena who said they were “excited” to see Trump back home in New York and that many New Yorkers are ready to pull the lever to win the GOP ticket next week.

“Absolutely,” Westchester resident Alexa Brink told Fox Digital when asked if other New Yorkers she knows would vote for Trump. “All day long; Let’s go Trump!She added that she wasn’t sure Trump could win New York, “but we’ll try!”

Another rally attendee, Anas Shuaib, said voters will tell Harris on Nov. 5: “You’re fired.”

“I am an Arab American, a Muslim American, and I am voting for Trump because just like Kamala kicked out that Muslim Ahmed Ghanim at a rally, we will throw her out of the White House. And when Trump becomes Mr. President, there will be peace, there will be prosperity and America first… no one else first,” he said.

“We are up against something much bigger than Joe or Kamala. And much more powerful than them, that is, the huge, cruel, corrupt, radical leftist machine that runs today’s Democratic Party. They’re just ships. In fact, they’re going to perfect the dishes because they will never find it difficult. I know many of them. But they are smart and malicious, and we have to defeat them,” he said.

“On November 5, we will achieve the greatest victory in the history of our country and it will be the greatest victory in history. We will make America great again.”
