Jesse James and Bonnie Rotten’s Messy Divorce: Every Allegation

Jesse James AND Bonnie Rotten they made many accusations against each other during their divorce battle.

“Nas” weekly. he confirmed this in November Rotten, 31, filed for divorce from James, 55, after two years of marriage. In her petition, Rotten listed November 5 as her separation date.

“The marriage has become untenable because of a discord or personality conflict between the plaintiff and the defendant which defeats the legitimate purposes of the marital union and makes any reasonable expectation of reconciliation impossible,” court documents obtained by Us read, citing the grounds for divorce.

In her filing, Rotten (real name Alaina Antoinnette James) requested “exclusive use and control” of her 2022 Dodge Ram TRX and wanted to prevent James from tracking or monitoring his location. She also wanted to retain ownership of the clothing, books, firearms and related equipment stored there private gun rooma cat named Olive and other personal items.

Rotten and James share a son, Bishop, who was born June 2023and wants to be appointed as the toddler’s “conservator” who will choose Bishop’s primary residence and school. Rotten also asked James for child support, the ability to change her name back to Hicks and for all records to be sealed by the court.

Meanwhile, James also wants exclusive access to the couple’s Austin, Texas residence, including all their furniture, personal property and his 1995 Humvee motor vehicle.

While Rotten seeks primary custody of Bishop, James has requested the appointment of a probation officer until Rotten’s sobriety can be assessed. James asked that Rotten only meet with Bishop periodically when she is sober, submitting a 12-panel hair follicle or nail drug test to her lawyer.

In addition to filing for divorce, Rotten also sought a protective order “in connection with a child support matter,” alleging that James “has engaged in conduct that constitutes domestic violence.” According to Rotten, James “committed or threatened acts that involved bodily harm, bodily harm, assault or sexual assault.”

She then accused James of repeatedly hitting, pushing and attacking her throughout their relationship.

For example, Rotten argued that James “became angry” in November 2022 when she asked him to remove seven dogs from their bedroom so she could rest comfortably while pregnant with Bishop. In response, he allegedly “pushed (her) repeatedly with two hands against my chest and shoulders” and “slammed (her) left forearm against the bedroom door.”

Rotten further alleged that James “pushed her (forcibly) with both hands” earlier this month, hours before he “angrily threw” a clean diaper at their son.

“I realized that Jesse Gregory James’ anger was getting worse,” she stated in the documents. “To protect our child and myself, I left home with (Bishop) and decided to file for divorce. Because of everything he has done, I am very afraid that Jesse Gregory James will physically harm me, injure me, or attack me.”

Meanwhile, James in his official response “generally denied it” and asked that Rotten “take nothing.” He also filed for a protection order against Rotten, alleging that she had committed domestic violence.

“The Respondent committed acts that were intended by the Respondent to result in bodily injury, bodily harm, assault or sexual assault, or constituted threats that reasonably placed the Applicant and his child, Bishop Morrison James, in fear of imminent physical harm, bodily harm or assault,” James says in the documents. “The defendant’s action therefore constitutes domestic violence. The Respondent’s conduct was likely to harass, annoy, distress, abuse, torment or embarrass the Applicant and Bishop Morrison James.

James also requested that Rotten’s license to carry a handgun be suspended and that she be required to complete a violence intervention counseling program.

– Alaina, yes problems related to alcohol abuse he is becoming violent and aggressive, putting me and our son in danger,” James said. “The first time I saw Alaina behaving aggressively was on April 14, 2022, when she attacked me at home, grabbed my finger and tried to break it.”

He then accused Rotten of frequently shouting or “aggressively” grabbing their son when he was “very drunk and aggressive.” James also stated that Rotten “was abuse of our animals

“On April 28, 2023, my landlady, Carmen, told me that she witnessed Alaina intentionally leaving the back door open to get out and get mauled by the dogs, which is what happened,” he wrote in the report. “Alaina and my daughter (from a previous relationship) do not have a good relationship. The cat was paralyzed and had to be euthanized due to its extensive injuries. I have surveillance footage of him leaving the door open and the cat running away. Both the hostess and I think she did it on purpose.

He added: “After this incident, I bought my daughter another cat. My housekeepers, Carmen and Pilar, witnessed Alaina beating, kicking and throwing the cat against the wall. The cat was bleeding from its anus and mouth and urinating. … Both cats were very sickly and very injured. I believe she ruthlessly attacked these two cats because she doesn’t like my daughter, who is a student.”

James further claimed that he believed Rotten “severely beats” all of his dogs with a metal bat.

“(Bonnie) filed an application for a protection order against me, which I believe was filed in bad faith because it contains many false statements intended to place blame on me,” James concluded. “The reality is that I am a victim of repeated and escalating violence and threats. I am truly concerned for my safety and that of my son, which is why I am seeking this protective order to establish boundaries that will prevent further violence from Alaina and to protect myself and our child.”
