A 2-year-old boy is dead and 4 others injured in a shooting in Jackson, Tenn.

JACKSON, Tenn. (WMC) – 2-year-old victim Tuesday afternoon Jackson shootingdead in Tennessee.

Jackson Police Department officers, along with Jackson Mayor Scott Conger, held a news conference Wednesday afternoon to provide an update on the investigation.

Jackson Police Chief Thom Corley said one of the four shooting victims has been released from the hospital.

One suspect was arrested and JPD investigators identified other persons of interest through police technology.
