An Arizona man was arrested on Monday on charges of threatening to kill Donald Trump in videos posted online.

Court documents say Manuel Tamayo-Torres illegally possessed firearms, which he brandished in several videos, including an “AR 15-type rifle.” Investigators say Tamayo-Torres, whose records show she lives in Tolleson, made a series of outlandish claims about Trump, alleging that the president-elect kidnapped and trafficked his children.

Court documents show that in August, Tamayo-Torres attended a political rally featuring Trump in Glendale. The event came weeks after a 20-year-old man tried to murder Trump during an outdoor campaign rally near Butler, Pennsylvania.

Investigators say Tamayo-Torres claimed he saw Trump and Secret Service agents kidnap his daughter at a rally in Glendale. They said Tamayo-Torres made several “vague but direct threats” against Trump, his family members and law enforcement officials in profanity-laced videos posted almost daily on Facebook.

The court documents do not directly name Trump, calling him “Individual No. 1,” which is defined as a “public figure, i.e., former president and current president-elect.”

Court documents show that in a Nov. 21 video, Tamayo-Torres said Trump and his “entire family” would “die.”

“You are vile scum,” Tamayo-Torres stated in court documents, before threatening to spit in his face.

Later in the same video, Tamayo-Torres allegedly threatened to “torture” and “murder” Trump.

Tamayo-Torres was accused of threatening the president or the president’s successor.

He was also charged with four counts of making false statements when purchasing a firearm. Investigators said he lied on federal forms while trying to buy a firearm from Shooter’s World, a gun store in Phoenix.

Court documents show that Tamayo-Torres falsely represented on forms that he was not a convicted felon and was not subject to a protection order that prevented him from possessing weapons. Investigators said Tamayo-Torres had a prior conviction for assault in California and his ex-wife took out a restraining order against him last year.
