The Webb County Sheriff’s Office says two men have been arrested in Webb County for driving stolen pickup trucks

LAREDO, Texas (KGNS) – The Webb County Sheriff’s Office arrested two men at separate traffic stops on Wednesday, November 27, after discovering they were both driving stolen pickup trucks.

The incidents occurred on Highway 59. Officers stopped a blue GMC pickup truck that had been reported stolen by Pasadena police and identified the driver as 20-year-old Jose Alejandro Diaz.

At a separate stop, officers stopped a gray Chevrolet pickup truck that had been reported stolen out of Houston, Texas. It was determined that the truck driver was 19-year-old Moises De Luna.

Both men were arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, which is a state prison felony. They were transported to the Webb County Jail for booking and processing.
