In the midnight incident at Bandra Terminus station, the arrival of the Gorakhpur train caused an unexpected rush, prompting some passengers to try to board while the train was still moving, leading to injuries. The newly created waiting room aims to prevent such incidents by providing a safe waiting space away from the platform.
