The victim of the accident near Nowe Miasto was identified | News, sports, work

NEW TOWN – The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the victim in a two-vehicle crash that occurred Tuesday in the New Town area.

Rance Bennett, 43, El Dorado, Kansas, driver of a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, died in the crash.

According to the highway patrol, Bennet’s vehicle was traveling east on ND Highway 23, approximately 14 miles west of New Town, when it struck the rear of a 2012 Kenworth truck driven by Augustin Munoz, 34, Westport, Washington. The Kenworth was also sailing eastbound. Munoz was not injured.
