Man taken to hospital after Lawrence car crash – Boston News, Weather, Sports

LAWRENCE, MASHA. (WHDH) – Lawrence Police responded early Monday morning to a car crash on South Union Street.

“Upon arrival at the scene, officers found a 27-year-old man with an apparent gunshot wound,” police said in a statement. “He was treated at the scene by paramedics and paramedics from Lawrence General Hospital and then transported by ambulance to that facility. He was later transported to a Boston hospital with injuries that are currently considered non-life-threatening.”

Police said the incident is not accidental as they believe it poses an ongoing threat to the public.
