ARREST – A 47-year-old man was arrested for drunk driving and issued a warrant after a report that a previous theft suspect was in the store on October 22 at 9:50 p.m.

THEFT — Two women were charged in separate incidents with a theft that occurred Oct. 24 at 7200 Glory Road.

Two boys were charged with shoplifting Oct. 23 at 14100 Dellwood Drive.

A parent reported that their child’s phone was stolen on October 23 from Forestview High School.

A gas cap valued at $20 was reported stolen from a van at 14600 Edgewood Drive.

Fraud – Report on October 24 that a $4,000 transaction from 2022 in Atlanta went to collections in a case opened this year without the individual’s consent, Forest Drive.

DISRUPTION – Subject caused a disturbance Oct. 24 at 11:54 p.m. on Knollwood Drive. The person was politely taken home.

SUSPICIOUS — Report of a large white truck parked in front of a neighbor’s home at 8:54 a.m., Oct. 24, with a man walking in the yard, 5300 block of Marohn Road.

Suspicious items were reported found in a shopping cart in a parking lot on Oct. 23 at 7200 Glory Road. The officers took possession of items that were later destroyed.

Report of four girls wearing lime green jumpsuits and acting suspiciously at 9:16 a.m. Oct. 22 on Isle Drive. They were found to have escaped from the Port Girls Home and were brought back to Port.

ACCIDENT — A two-vehicle accident with bodily injury was reported at 5:31 p.m., Oct. 23, at Highway 210 and Memorywood Drive. Two people were transported from the scene by ambulance.

A personal injury crash was reported at 10:58 a.m. Oct. 23 on Highways 210 and 371.

DISPUTE – Report of an oral domestic dispute at 11:37 a.m. on October 23 at 7900 Greenwood Road. The officers acted as intermediaries and advised on available options.

SUSPICIOUS – Suspicious activity was reported Oct. 24 at 11:55 p.m. in the 400 block of North Fifth Street.

Report of a suspicious person at 6:21 a.m. Oct. 24 in the 1900 block of South Sixth Street.

ARREST — A 43-year-old woman was arrested for domestic assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a report of an intoxicated person on Oct. 24 at 7:08 p.m. at 400 East River Road.

A 72-year-old woman was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant issued by Crow Wing County on Oct. 24 at 200 North Fourth Street.

A 37-year-old man was arrested for a gross misdemeanor on a Morrison County warrant at 9:46 a.m. Oct. 24 at 500 North Ninth Street.

A 22-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of menacing violence and second-degree assault after reporting an assault at 8:01 a.m. Oct. 24 in the 900 block of Brook Street.

A 39-year-old woman was arrested on a felony warrant at 7:03 a.m. Oct. 24 at 900 Third Avenue Northeast.

FIGHT – Response to a fight at 12:41 a.m. on Oct. 24 at 100 Washington Street Northeast.

ASSAULT — A 31-year-old man was arrested for misdemeanor disorderly conduct after a report of a disturbance on Oct. 24 at 5:13 p.m. at 600 Oak Street.

Report of a domestic disturbance at 3:42 p.m. on October 24 in the 1800 block of Graydon Avenue.

Child Abuse – Child Abuse Report, October 24.

ARREST — A 43-year-old man was arrested after a domestic dispute was reported at 2:59 a.m. Oct. 21 at 2100 Lennox Road in Brainerd.

A 49-year-old man was arrested on Oct. 22 at 11:43 p.m. on a Crow Wing County warrant at 27300 Highway 18, Garrison.

A 32-year-old man was arrested on October 22 at 3:29 p.m. after a report of a domestic dispute in the 19500 block of County Highway 12, Ironton.

FIRE – A cornfield fire was reported at 2:48 p.m. Oct. 21 in the 12400 block of County Highway 23, Brainerd.

OTHER – A civil disturbance was reported in the 23000 block of Rebel Road in Merrifield

A person camping in the county was notified of the Oct. 21 order at Fifty Lakes.

On October 21 at 11:35 a.m., a report of a house on fire was reported at 23000 Clover Drive in Merrifield. The owner was ordered to extinguish the fire.

Report of fraud on October 21 by a resident on County Highway 3 in Merrifield.

Report of fraud on October 22 at a residence on County Road 133 in Deerwood.

The person was transported to a warming shelter on October 23 at 9:34 p.m. following a welfare check on County Highway 11 in Crosby.

The fraud was reported on Oct. 23 from an address on Upper Cullen Road in Pequot Lakes.

On October 23, a fraud was reported at a residence on Terratrac Road in Brainerd.

DISRUPTION — Deputies responded to an altercation when a disturbance was reported at 7:43 a.m. Oct. 21 in the 7800 block of Gilbert Lane in Brainerd.

Physical domestic dispute reported at 1:59 a.m. Oct. 21 at 5300 Highway 25, Brainerd.

Deputies mediated a verbal argument at 1:26 p.m., Oct. 22, at 12600 Silver Lake Road in Merrifield.

Report of a domestic verbal dispute at 10:45 a.m. Oct. 22 in the 19500 block of County Highway 12, Ironton.

A disturbance was reported on October 23 at 3:47 p.m. at 21700 Howard Avenue in Ironton.

Disturbance at 1:15 am. On October 23, at 21600 Lake Road in Deerwood, someone was loudly calling for a lost dog.

SHOOTING COMPLAINT – Response to a shooting complaint at 12:36 a.m. on Oct. 23 at 23400 Rebel Road in Merrifield.

SUSPICIOUS – Suspicious activity was reported Oct. 22 at 8:12 p.m. in the 22100 block of County Highway 3, Merrifield.

Suspicious activity was reported on October 23 at 7:33 p.m. at 17400 Dewes Road in Brainerd.

ASSIST – Assisted Minnesota State Patrol on October 22 at Highway 18 and Esden Road in Deerwood.

Assisted Nisswa Police at 11:24 a.m. Oct. 22 in the 22000 block of Hole-in-the-Day Bay Drive in Nisswa.
