Chris Brown’s documentary features the woman who accused him of rape

Jane Doe speaks out in new documentary

A new documentary on Sunday (October 27). Chris Brown: A History of Violence premiered on Investigation Discovery. The new document highlights the singer’s past legal problems, in particular his allegations regarding, among others, assault on Rihanna in 2009– as well as delving into further allegations. In one section, a woman calling herself Jane Doe, who previously sued the singer, recounts how she was allegedly raped by Brown at a Star Island party on Diddy’s yacht.

The woman who sued Brown in 2022 claims she met Brown at a party and they struck up a conversation about her dancing aspirations. She claims that after drinking multiple drinks given to her by Brown, she felt drowsy.

“I remember lying down and thinking, ‘Why can’t I get up?’” she said. Hollywood reporter. “The next thing I knew he was on top of me and I couldn’t move, I said ‘no’ and then I felt him… next thing I knew he was inside me.”

Jane Doe did not accuse Diddy of any wrongdoing.

XXL reached out to reps for Chris Brown and Diddy for comment.

Jane Doe initially sued Chris Brown in January 2022. In the lawsuit, Doe claims that he ejaculated inside her during the incident and that he called her the next day and demanded it Plan B contraception.

Brown responded to the allegations on Instagram: “I hope you all see this (hat) design,” he wrote on his Instagram Story. “Every time I release music or projects, THEY try to put out some really crap.”

As of March 2022, Doe’s attorney, Ariel E. Mitchell, was reported to have filed a lawsuit she withdrew from the case after it was reported that Miami police recovered text messages from Doe’s phone in which he called the singer “baby” and texted him “I miss you” the day after the alleged rape. However, Mitchell confirmed it THR that she was back on the case.
