Blood collection competition with Big Ten schools

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – Big Ten schools continue to battle each other during competitions; this time the competition is about saving lives through the Donate Blood campaign.

Ashley Minor from Versiti explains the role of the organization and the impact of the blood drive for those in need. He also talks about how Big Ten schools are attracting more donors, how many donors are needed and how many lives the blood will save. Minor also talks about how drive relieves blood deficiency.
