Lapeer County man charged with sexual assault of a child

LAPEER COUNTY, MI. – A Lapeer County man was arrested Tuesday and faces multiple child sexual assault charges.

On October 29, Imlay City Police officers received information about Zeb Eugene-Lee Breeding’s “intentions” and he could be found in the Kroger parking lot.

Breeding was arrested in the parking lot on suspicion of accosting a child for immoral purposes. After further investigation, he was charged with additional charges of sodomy and using a computer to commit a crime. If convicted, Breeding could face up to 34 years in prison.

Imlay City police said it was one of four arrests in the city related to sexual abuse of minors.
