One person died in a collision between a passenger car and a semi-truck

ADAMS CO., Wis. (WSAW) – Early Friday morning, 34-year-old Grand Marsh man Glenn Tosh was killed following a traffic collision involving a car and a semi-truck at State Route 23 and County Highway B. .

On October 25 at approximately 6:13 a.m., the Adams County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting an accident. Emergency services arrived to help Tosh, the only person in the car, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The trailer driver, who was also the only passenger, suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital.

The initial investigation revealed that Tosh’s vehicle was traveling southbound on County Highway B when he failed to yield at a stop sign and collided with an eastbound truck on State Highway 23.

The Adams County Sheriff’s Office is investigating with assistance from the Wisconsin State Patrol, the Wisconsin Dells Police Department, Dells-Delton Emergency Medical Services, the Kilbourn Fire Department, the Adams County Medical Examiner, the Adams County Highway Department and Platt’s Towing. The Wisconsin State Patrol Technical Reconstruction Unit responded to the scene to conduct a thorough accident reconstruction.
