Toledo man accused of stomping on victim and fracturing his skull

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The victim in the robbery at the Greenbelt Apartments early Thursday morning has not yet been identified due to the severity of his injuries.

Juleon Carter, 21, of Toledo, is accused of repeatedly kicking and stomping on the victim’s head, resulting in a fractured skull and loss of consciousness.

The victim remains in hospital in critical condition.

The incident occurred at 915 Walnut, Carter’s address.

Carter was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault.

He was charged in August for allegedly assaulting an officer after police tried to break up a gathering at 800 Walnut around 2 a.m. on June 27.
