Wiltshire Police are looking for witnesses after a serious robbery in Chippenham

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man required hospital treatment following a serious assault.

Wiltshire Police said the 35-year-old victim suffered serious injuries in the attack on Wood Lane, Chippenham, at around 09:30 GMT on Monday.

Three arrests have been made and all suspects have been released on bail while investigations continue, police added.

Officers are asking anyone who was in the area at the time of the attack, or anyone with any relevant recordings, to contact them.
