Chicago fire: 2 people seriously injured in apartment fire on North Kenmore Avenue in Edgewater, CFD officials say

CHICAGO (WLS) — At least two people were seriously injured on Thursday evening as a result of an apartment fire in the northern part of the city.

The fire broke out in the 6000 block of North Kenmore Avenue in Edgewater, Chicago fire officials said.

Firefighters intervened at the scene of an apartment fire.

According to CFD, two people were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
