Officials say ‘Home Improvement’ star arrested for second DUI

(CNN) – An actor from the hit 1990s series “Home Improvement” has been arrested for allegedly driving under the influence for a second time.

The Custer County Sheriff’s Office said 43-year-old Zachery Ty Bryan faces charges after he was arrested Friday in Oklahoma.

One of the charges against him is not having a valid driving license.

Bryan was previously arrested in February for allegedly driving under the influence and contempt of court.

The actor has struggled with a number of legal problems over the years, including an arrest for domestic violence.
