In the first new lawsuit filed Monday in New York state court, plaintiff John Doe claims he was 10 years old when his parents accompanied him to Manhattan to meet with music industry officials, including Combs, to support his “burgeoning ” musical career. He says a consultant hired by his parents delivered him to a hotel room and then left him in Combs’ care. The lawsuit says the plaintiff received a soda that he believed contained drugs.

“When plaintiff drank the soda and began to feel its effects, Combs told plaintiff to come closer to him, which he did. Combs then violently pushed the plaintiff to the ground and uttered words such as: “Sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do,” the lawsuit says. “When the plaintiff pushed the plaintiff down, Combs pulled the plaintiff’s penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss him.’ When the plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and began thrusting it in and out repeatedly. The plaintiff claims he “froze with terror,” lost consciousness, and later woke up with his pants unzipped and pain in his anus and buttocks.

The new plaintiff claims that his parents later noticed something was wrong. He says he told them what allegedly happened and that “they were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the harassment.” He claimed to suffer from severe depression and anxiety and had to study at home after the alleged incident.

“The attorney behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is clear from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” Combs’ media team wrote in an email to Rolling Stone on Monday. “As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are apparently ridiculous or patently false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the fairness of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

In a second lawsuit filed Monday, also in state court in Manhattan, plaintiff John Doe maintains that he was 17 years old in 2008 when he participated in a three-day hearing for… Creating a team. He claims that on his first day, Combs began groping and fondling him during a private meeting, asking how he would handle “sexually pressured” situations in the music industry. He testifies that a day later, during another private conversation, Combs allegedly forced him to perform oral sex and sodomized him.

Plaintiff John Doe alleges that on the third day, Combs and a security guard jointly attacked him, with Combs characterizing the assault as a test of his “willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed in the music industry,” the lawsuit states. He claims his obvious discomfort with the incident led to his elimination from the competition.

Combs’ current legal problems date back to last November, when his ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura filed a lawsuit Bomb rape and sex trafficking case against him. The combs were settled with Ventura within 24 hours. In her disturbing complaint, Ventura accused Combs of repeated physical violence and forcing her to participate in highly choreographed, drug-fueled sexual encounters known as “freaks.”

Two more women came forward with rape complaints a week after Ventura’s lawsuit made international headlines. Several other people filed similar lawsuits in the following months, leading to a parallel investigation Combs’ indictment by a grand jury last month. Powerful music mogul, 54 years old he pleaded not guilty. His trial is scheduled to start in May next year.

On Friday, the judge overseeing Combs’ criminal case issued an order saying he expected all parties to follow the rules of evidence and keep sensitive, nonpublic information about Combs’ criminal case secret until trial. U.S. District Court Judge Arun Subramanian issued his order in the Southern District of New York after Combs’ lawyers accused federal officials of leaking information to the media.

“To be clear, this order is not based on a finding that irregularities have occurred to date, as the court has not made any findings at this stage regarding the defendant’s claims that information related to the case was leaked,” the judge wrote. “The purpose of this order is to ensure that nothing happens from this point forward that would interfere with a fair trial.”

If convicted of the charges, Combs faces a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of life in prison.
