What we know

Brooklyn Park police say they received a call just before 8:30 a.m. Thursday near Green Haven Drive and County Road 81.

A witness who called 911 reported that the vehicle had overturned.

The officers who arrived at the scene noticed that after leaving the highway, the vehicle had overturned and was underwater in the stream.
